Our story

Smile Be Nice was created to honor the life of my late Son, Bruce Perdue. We lost him on May 21, 2012, in a car accident at the young age of 23.

He left quite a legacy behind him. Greeting all with a smile and hello. He was consistently kind and friendly to all, and truly lived aloha.

These words to live by were written on his dry erase board. You didn’t have to know Bruce to appreciate the message and apply it your life.

Life is short, be sweet.
